ReadyMadeSites FAQ
ReadyMadeSites sells one-page websites for local businesses that want a simple, reachable web presence without custom agency work.
What does $149 include?
The $149 setup includes a ReadyMadeSites-hosted one-page site, admin/editor access, and the first year of domain registration for an eligible domain.
What happens after year one?
Renewal is $99/year after the first year. That keeps the domain renewed, DNS managed, hosting active, and editor access available.
Who owns and manages the domain?
The domain uses a managed ownership model: the registration is for your business contact information, while ReadyMadeSites manages DNS and renewal during the included first year.
Can I edit the site?
Yes. The included admin/editor lets you update factual business info such as phone, email, service area, services, hours, and short business notes.
Is ongoing help included?
There is no paid support add-on and no separate support plan. After-sale support covers operational issues such as access, hosting, DNS, renewal, and transfer-out help. It does not include custom design changes, extra pages, campaign management, SEO projects, or other custom agency work.
Is the domain cost refundable?
The domain cost is non-refundable once registration is completed, because registrars do not provide a normal refund path for registered domains.
What if the domain cannot be registered?
If a selected domain fails registrar checks, pricing checks, availability checks, or registration after payment, ReadyMadeSites will offer a reasonable fallback domain. If no acceptable fallback is available, the website order can be canceled and the refundable portion returned.
Can I transfer the domain out?
Yes. To request transfer-out, send: business name, domain name, requester name, requester email, proof you are authorized for the business, desired registrar, and the best phone number for confirmation. ReadyMadeSites will provide standard auth-code/EPP transfer support when the domain is eligible for transfer.
What if renewal is not paid?
If renewal is not paid, the site and domain can expire. ReadyMadeSites keeps the site record for 30 days after expiration, but does not promise recovery after that retention period.
